Luxurious 4-6 person holiday villa on the water.

Our water park is located in a unique green location, in the middle of the Randstad on the edge of Roelofarendsveen. Here, you can experience the tranquillity of the surrouding meadows but with entertainment nearby. Amsterdam is just 20 minutes away (by car) from our park. In spring, it is easy to drive to both the bulb fields and the Keukenhof. It is an ideal place for a holiday with family and friends. Here, you can enjoy a luxurious, active and relaxing holiday. Our park is small-scale and consists of a total of 12 holiday homes. All holiday homes are spread over a narrow spit of land, surrounded by water. This offers the possibility to come by boat.

Our detached water villas were built in 2023 and all have their own spacious enclosed garden, jetty and veranda. When the weather is nice, you can enjoy the outdoors on your own terrace by the water. If you feel like fishing, you can just throw out a fishing rod (don't forget your fishing license). Swimming in open nature is also an option; you have your own swimming ladder at the jetty. You can get to know the area by bike, but you can, of course, also take a boat out on the water. The quiet polder waters of Roelofarendsveen are also ideally suited to explore by canoe or sup board.

You can also enjoy beautiful boat trips from our park. From your garden, you can enjoy fishing and swimming in open nature. If you don't have a boat yourself, you can rent an electric boat. We are happy to help you with that. Boat maps of the area can be purchased at the reception. In the summer months you can make use of our bread service. You can pick these up starting from 8.30 AM; a wonderful way to start a new day of your holiday.

Die Häuser, die Boote, SUP, die kostenlose Möglichkeit fŭr Wassersport. Die Lage ist herrlich und die Anlage gepflegt. Die Leute sind sehr freundlich und hilfsbereit. Also volle Punktzahl.

The location was very attractive – it was close to every major city (Amsterdam, The Hague, Rotterdam, Gouda). The host was very friendly and eager to chat. Thanks to his kindness, it was possible to rent kayaks/SUPs for free and travel through the nearby canals. The view from the terrace was wonderful. The cottage was of a very high standard and had all possible amenities (fast WiFi, air conditioning, kitchen utensils). We have very fond memories of our stay and sincerely recommend it; we will definitely come back again.

Wonderful location and beautiful scenery. Within walking distance to several restaurants and downtown area. Fun to rent the electric boats and tour the canal. We also rented e-bikes and toured the countryside. Erwin and Kim, the owners were both so nice and helpful.

Ehrlich gesagt hat uns einfach alles gefallen. Die Ruhe, die Lage des Hauses (direkt am Fluss) das Haus selbst, WLAN war immer vorhanden, zentrale Lage zu Amsterdam-Den-Haag-Rotterdam. Parkplatz direkt beim Haus. Und die freundlichkeit der Vermieter Kim und Erwin. Danke für die schöne Woche bei Euch

Der Aufenthalt war sehr schön und wir haben uns sehr wohl gefühlt. Wir werden entspannt wieder in den Alltag starten können. Toll war die Möglichkeit, Sups und Kanus ausleihen zu können. Fliegen Gitter in den Schlafräumen fehlen aber ansonsten war alles da.
