Our holiday homes overlook a unique scene: a typical Dutch polder, situated lower than the adjacent water. The neighbour's cows pass by regularly, and you also have a view of the historic mill, the Wijde Aa.

With our whisper boats, you can enjoy tranquility on the water. They are electrically powered so you won't be bothered by noise. Each boat can accommodate up to 8 people and can cruise for approximately 7 hours. In Holland we have a saying, "a child can do the laundry", which means that it is childishly simple, and that is what cruising with this boat is! Would you rather have someone else do the cruising? That's also possible. Erwin will be happy to cruise through the polder with you. The electric whisper boats can be rented by both guests and the general public. The following rates apply for renting the whisper boats: Half-day (4 hours): €115,- | Full day (8 hours): €170,-

The adjacent ditch is deep enough to swim in for those who dare – we grew up with it.

You can easily throw out your fishing rod from your holiday home. Don't forget your VISpas or fishing license! You can get one from Vissersbedrijf Van Veen, Noordkade 25 in Roelofarendsveen.

From your holiday home, you can get on the canoe and experience how beautiful the polder waters of Roelofarendsveen are. There are various canoe trips in our beautiful polder. We believe the Tulpenroute is the most beautiful. We have seven single canoes and two double canoes available for you. Special promotion in 2024: As a guest of De Tulpenacker you can use the canoes for free, if you return them to the general location after use.

You can rent an electric bike from us for €20 per day. We have 6 electric bikes available. Enjoy a wonderful bike ride in our beautiful surroundings. At the reception you can choose a number of cycling routes.

Just like with the canoe, you can also easily get on our SUP boards to discover our polder waters. We also have extra large SUP boards for six people for a hilarious trip.

During the holiday periods, you can make use of our bread service. Enjoy the wide range of fresh sandwiches from Poel Vers. Order your sandwiches (for the next day before 18:00 at the latest) at the reception. We will make sure they are ready for you the next day before 8:30 am. Please note: no service from October 1 to April 1.

At our park you will find a charging station for electric cars. You can easily charge your vehicle during your stay for a fee. So you're always ready to hit the road!

At Paal 7 (0.3 miles away) you can enjoy a delightful Solex or E-Chopper tour through the polder landscape! We have mapped out a Braassemermeer route for you, taking you through nature reserves, along country roads, cycle paths, and dikes, and passing through various villages with cafes, terraces and places of interest. You can drive around without a helmet, with the wind in your hair in a beautiful environment. Enjoy everything around you with friends, family, or colleagues, without expending much energy.
